US based shipping and a return/exchange are free on orders over $90.
Shipments are typically picked up daily (except Sundays).

If you are located outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs fees and/ or taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by Tolos and are beyond our control.
For International orders, we can't make exchanges, but we do we offer the option to return purchased items and receive a refund for the cost of the items. If you wish to exchange for a different size, color or style, please proceed by placing a new order. To qualify for a refund, the items purchased must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot provide prepaid shipping labels for international orders.
