Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in like-new condition. 

If you have lightly worn shoes and would like to trade for a pair that was also lightly worn and cleaned when we received them back: In your email, include the size you are looking for so we can see if we have any pairs available. Most of these pairs that we have are in great condition and have very minor cosmetic markings after being cleaned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After your first free exchange on an order, you will be responsible to pay for the shipping for subsequent exchanges and/or returns. You can either contact us to create a shipping label for you, or handle that on your own. All invoices must be paid before we will send your return labels. (It will likely be a couple of dollars cheaper for us to make a label for you, FYI).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
