Returns and Exchanges:
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy. So from the point of delivery, you have 30 days to request a return or exchange if needed.
To be eligible, your shoes must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, and in their original condition.

Please purchase the Package Insurance at checkout for: Free shipping, qualified returns and/or exchanges and protection in case of loss, or damage. Otherwise you will be responsible to pay for labels on returns and exchanges. (we are not making any money on the $3.98, it goes to directly to the company running our Return portal and serves as insurance. It allows us to have a return portal, faster exchanges, and better customer experience-hopefully)
When your return is accepted in our Return Portal, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Second exchange/returns: After your first free exchange on an order, you will be responsible to pay for the shipping for subsequent exchanges and/or returns. We will deduct this from your refund or send an invoice for the additional exchange labels.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
