after 2 weeks of wear. i mainly wear these on my leg days. and they check off every box in what you want in a barefoot shoe. only time will tell of the life and wear of the shoe, but so far i thoroughly enjoy the way it feels during my lifts and is the most casual looking barefoot shoe amongst other brands i have seen. i have worn these with causal fits and they don’t scream, “hey those barefoot shoes!” to the 3rd party.

for the price, id say it’s worth it. i have rather wide feet with a bunion on my right pinky toe side & hasn’t seem to irritate the area. i feel it fits best with a thinner pair of socks rather than thick. i feel with thick socks it does fit a little more snug to my liking but i have not tried wearing without socks yet. the width is maybe just a tad narrow in the mid section of my foot but plenty of toe room which is what you typically want in a barefoot shoe.

I’ve had my Tolos for about six months now and they are amazing. This was my first barefoot shoe purchase and I am so happy I found this company! I have very hard-to-fit feet - extra wide (24.0cm long and 10.3cm wide for anyone who finds that helpful) but low/medium volume and narrow heels. Shoes are often too tight and too loose at the same time. Looking at the size guides of tons of barefoot brands, NOTHING seemed to have the forefoot width I needed without going up 2-3 sizes, even the brands known for fitting wide.

When I saw the measurements on the Tolos website I sprang for them immediately because I had not seen anything so close to what I needed. They even have heel width measurements which I really appreciated! I opted for a women’s 8 (my typical size) and they are a PERFECT fit - for once the balls of my feet are not straining against the sidewalls and hanging past the soles, AND my heels stay securely inside the shoes. I did try them with toe socks and felt a bit crowded, and would definitely not be able to wear toe spacers in these, but someone with a more average width foot most likely could. I find them easy to put on using the loops and can take them off hands-free.

Adjusting did have some bumps - I was recovering from a bad sprain (part of the reason for the switch) and went from typical tennis shoes and fashion boots to these almost exclusively. I definitely did too much too fast and had some avoidable pain at the beginning, but after a couple months I…

This is my 2nd pair of Tolos. I loved my first pair (as you can tell), and I didn't even think it was possible, but the new version is even more comfortable than the first! I LOVE these shoes. I wear them for everything. Even when I'm on my feet for 12+hrs working, or when I go on a 5 mile hike, my tolos never let me down, my feet stay happy, in any other shoe my feet would be dying. I went with the black this time because I'm in the dirt too much to be a white shoe girl (lesson learned). I suffer from chronic pain from a bad back and a bad knee due to scoliosis, arthritis, multiple dislocations, and carrying 3 kids daily on top of that, and I truly believe tolos have singlehandedly relieved 99%, if not all, of my back and knee pain. An added bonus for me is I can just leave these shoes tied and slide them on, I never re-tie them, I got 3 kids I dont have time to stop and rie shoes when I'm running out the house. I live in these shoes and hope they are around forever because I will be a lifelong customer. BUY THESE SHOES!! You won't regret it.

In the Pic the white ones are a women's 7.5 and the black ones are a women's 8 because my feet grew during my last pregnancy (which is also why the white ones look wildly stretched out due to swelling etc)
